He was born in 1927. He has been taking part in the artistic life since1955. He has received many awards and prizes. He has exhibited his paintings in all world's metropolises. "All my summer holidays are connected with Pirot. Perhaps, as a boy I have never been in Pirot in winter, my hometown has remained in my mind always in some sun."

We often sat around it in a circle and talked and played…I said what I could write. I fear that someone might move the rock one day. It would be as if he had moved me from this world. That's why I'm not going to tell you where it is."
ANDREJA MILENKOVIĆ - a designer
An artist, he used to do pedagogical work and he used to be a journalist. One of the acknowledged designers of the most beautiful stamps in the world. He designed a bank note "Gray dove". "I don't visit Pirot. I come into my hometown. That is an integral part of my life. I come because those are my people, my memories. It would seem too simple if I would say now that I feel homesick…Pirot is the same to me. Even the smell, the people…"
